How quickly will I see my first logo concepts?
Logo concepts typically arrive within 24 hours of your brief, and website projects can start moving within four business days.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are absolutely no contracts, and you can cancel any time.
How does the 50% off offer work?
New clients get 50% off their first project. Reserve the coupon when you get in touch and use it whenever you are ready.
How many revisions are included?
Logo packages from Basic upward and most website packages include unlimited revisions. The Redesign logo package includes three, and animation packages include two to five rounds.
Which file formats will I receive?
Depending on the package: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, PNG and JPEG for logos, and MP4 or HD/4K files for animation.
Will I have a dedicated contact?
Yes. Every package includes a dedicated project manager.
Can you build something that isn't in a package?
Yes. Use the custom package builder on the pricing page and we'll send a tailored quote.
Do you provide domains and hosting?
Yes. The Combo, Superior and Grand packages include one year of domain and hosting, and hosting is also available on its own.
Can I get rush delivery?
