5. Payment and Refund Policy

6. Inactivity and Project Reactivation
If a client remains inactive for a period of three (3) consecutive months—failing to respond to our communications—the project will be considered deactivated. To reactivate the project, a reactivation fee of $150 will be applied. This fee covers administrative costs associated with resuming the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Moonfu International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moonfu International operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Order Fulfillment Policy
At Moonfu International, we are committed to delivering high-quality design and digital services with clarity, reliability, and efficiency. For logo design services, initial samples are provided within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) after you complete the design questionnaire. Orders placed on Fridays will receive samples by Monday afternoon. For website design, we share design concepts within 4 business days of questionnaire submission. Once the design is approved, the full website is made available on our demo server within 2–3 business days. Post-launch revisions are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends.
Our timelines for services such as Social Media Management, SEO, Printing Services, and Mobile App Development vary depending on the project scope. These details, including expected delivery dates, are clearly mentioned in the invoice memo for your reference before work begins.
15. Refund Policy
We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final product. However, if a refund is necessary, we offer the following policy:
- 100% refund if we miss our promised deadline.
- 100% refund within 24 hours of placing the order.
- 80% refund after receiving the initial samples.
- 60% refund after the first revision.
- 50% refund after the second revision.
- No refunds will be issued after 10 business days of placing the order.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after request approval and will be returned to the original method of payment.
16. Return Policy
As our services are digital in nature, returns do not apply in the traditional sense. However, we ensure your complete satisfaction through our unlimited revision policy. If at any stage you’re dissatisfied, please contact our support team, and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues before exploring refund options as per our refund policy above.
17. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us in writing at your earliest convenience. You are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond that period, cancellation will follow our staged refund policy. For ongoing services such as subscriptions, marketing retainers, or app development, cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
